Join the Black Hills Home Builders Association and our Local Build PAC as we send off our local legislators before they head to Pierre for the 2027 South Dakota Legislative Session!

This annual event brings together builders, industry professionals, community leaders, and elected officials for an evening of networking, relationship-building, and meaningful conversations about the future of housing in South Dakota.

As housing affordability, infrastructure funding, development regulations, and workforce challenges continue to impact our industry, it's more important than ever that our legislators hear directly from those working in the homebuilding industry.

This is an opportunity to connect with your elected officials in a relaxed setting, share the challenges and opportunities facing our industry, and help strengthen the relationships that make our advocacy efforts successful.
